ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI

  • To help and guide the growth and development of the CenTafs alumni association

MEMBERS

  • All ex-students are entitled to membership
  • The registration fee is ₹ 200 for 5 years
  • All members are welcome to work for the Mentors team or Working Team
  • Enthusiastic and proactive contribution in CenTfas’ activities

MENTORS – CenTafsian with a minimum of 20 years of passing out of school and ex-teachers

  • Mentoring and guiding respective Teams they choose to associate, with their expertise and experience
  • Assist in raising funds for welfare schemes
  • Periodic meetings to brainstorm various initiatives and welfare schemes
  • Coordination with various teams to get maximum and desired result
  • Provide inputs, feedback, and support to each team to succeed.
  • Ensure collaborative efforts and provision of funds for smooth functioning of the Association
  • Approval of budget submitted by each team at the onset of financial year/ before an event
  • Accounting for revenue/expenses and audits

WORKING TEAMS – CenTafsians with minimum 5 years of passing out from school

  • Volunteer to give time and energy to execute a particular plan/ scheme
  • Plan annual activities, budget, and road map for implementation under the guidance of mentors
  • Obtain approval of Finance and Accounts for the year
  • Submit a report of expenditures

SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM

  • Post alumni activities on the website.
  • Social Media Management: Facebook and Instagram
  • Visibility of events, news, achievements
  • Coordination with media and internal teams for coverage
  • Wide reach out for positive response

IT SUPPORT TEAM

  • Manage website, FB social media page like FB and Instagram, direct queries, comments
  • Provide Technical support & Updates
  • Maintenance & Upkeep of Website & Mobile App
  • Creation of login ID and, brief profile of each CENTAFSIAN and ex-teachers
