RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To help and guide the growth and development of the CenTafs alumni association<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All ex-students are entitled to membership<\/li>\n<li>The registration fee is \u20b9 200 for 5 years<\/li>\n<li>All members are welcome to work for the Mentors team or Working Team<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic and proactive contribution in CenTfas\u2019 activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MENTORS<\/strong> &#8211; CenTafsian with a minimum of 20 years of passing out of school and ex-teachers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentoring and guiding respective Teams they choose to associate, with their expertise and experience<\/li>\n<li>Assist in raising funds for welfare schemes<\/li>\n<li>Periodic meetings to brainstorm various initiatives and welfare schemes<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with various teams to get maximum and desired result<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs, feedback, and support to each team to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure collaborative efforts and provision of funds for smooth functioning of the Association<\/li>\n<li>Approval of budget submitted by each team at the onset of financial year\/ before an event<\/li>\n<li>Accounting for revenue\/expenses and audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORKING TEAMS<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; CenTafsians with minimum 5 years of passing out from school<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteer to give time and energy to execute a particular plan\/ scheme<\/li>\n<li>Plan annual activities, budget, and road map for implementation under the guidance of mentors<\/li>\n<li>Obtain approval of Finance and Accounts for the year<\/li>\n<li>Submit a report of expenditures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post alumni activities on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Social Media Management: Facebook and Instagram<\/li>\n<li>Visibility of events, news, achievements<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with media and internal teams for coverage<\/li>\n<li>Wide reach out for positive response<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IT SUPPORT TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage website, FB social media page like FB and Instagram, direct queries, comments<\/li>\n<li>Provide Technical support &amp;
